Zhejiang ZhengYuan Stainless Steel Pipe Co.,Ltd is a professional manufacturer of Stainless Steel Seamless Pipes and Tubes with Integrated Production- from steel melting to finished product.We manufacture Stainless Steel Seamless Pipes and Tubes in material of 304/L, 304H, 316/L, 316/H,316Ti, 317/L, 321/H, 309S, 310S/H, 347/H, S31803, 904L.Sizes from 6-630mm in Out Diameter, 0.5-45mm in Wall Thickness,with 1500MT per month capacity. We have 3 sets 20-tons electric arc furnace,1 set VOD refining furnace,1 set AOD refining furnace,1 set continuous casting machines ,5 sets hot pericing machines,12 sets of cold drawn machines,6 sets cold pilger mills,3 sets of straightening machines,2 sets pickling and whitening bath,2 sets fully-automatic computerized Solution Annealing furnace of temperature tolerance with in 10 C.Furthermore, we has invested CNY60 million yuan in the factory to build an oxygen supply station for the self-sufficiency of smelting.
