Based on the long-term research and development of the production process of the machinery for forestry use and bimetal compound wires, we have developed three series of products which are the mainstay of our development. 1. SBH CCA cladding weld production lines, SBS CCA brush machines, SBDL CCA single drawing machines and SBZL CCA straight lines (drawing machines and swaging machines) as well as auxiliary equipment are our leading products.We have developed cooper strip butt join machines and copper strip storage machines, realizing continuous production, eliminating the waste of copper strips and aluminum poles, greatly improving the production efficiency and reducing the labor intensity. In addition, the bobbin weight of the wire blank can be determined according to your requirements. 2. Machinery for artificial boards a. Intensive door panel production lines b. Precision humidifying machinery: spray-disc damping machines (researched and developed Italian equipment)Based on the advanced cladding weld-drawing production process, we have developed and produced SBH CCA cladding weld lines which are provided with the following characteristics: *Reasonable design; highly automatic and stable performance*High production speed, as high as 6-8m/min; *Low cost and none pollution; *The auxiliary equipment can produce the CCA over 2.05mm, and is the ideal equipment for the production of CCA and copper clad steel wires (CCS). The advanced process has broadly won the recognition in this field. Our company has advanced technical equipment and complete quality assurance systems. All the delivered main equipment has been done the shakedown test on the line in the plant. As for the technical service, we promise that we will provide turn-key service and we will provide technical support for our users of our production process and equipment of bimetal compound wire (e.g. CCA). In the meantime, we will provide trouble diagnosis and shakedown test service for bad equipment (which can not work normally all the times) produced by other companies.
