Penglai Botai Auto Chassis Limited Liability Company is specialized in the production and marketing of casting products.Our company covers an area of 26,000m2, with a plant area of 10,000m2. Currently, our company has a total staff of over 150 people, 20 of whom are engineering technicians. Our company currently has over 100 pieces of production and testing equipment. Including a processing center, numerically-controlled plasma cutting machines , plate shearing machines, bending machines, numerically-controlled punching machines, 315 ton punches, C512 vertical lathes, dynamic balancing machines, numerically-controlled lathes, normal lathes, milling machines and radial drilling machines. Four professional production lines have been formed, including the production line of brake drum & wheel hub assemblies, production line of reactive suspension & support assemblies, production line of junction plates & supporting plates and production line of chassis supports. Our main customers include FAW Qingdao Automobile Factory, SINOTRUCK Jinan Truck Co., Ltd, SINOTRUCK Jining Commercial Vehicle Branch and Shangdong Pengxiang Automobile Remodeling Factory, etc. Our main products include: brake drum and Wheel hubs assemblies .hub reduction series for Steyr trucks . frame supporting plate and junction plate series for China National Heavy Duty Truck Group Corp., Ltd., and reactive suspension & support assemblies, various kinds of chassis cast supports for FAW Group Qingdao Automobile Factory.
