Ningbo Rock Metal Product Co., Ltd. was established in Ningbo, the historic site of sintered and casting structural components and mechanical seal components in China. Our company is a traditional family group of companies founded by experts with experience in sintered metal and special ceramics.Rock started our production of advanced powder products and thereafter in-house R&D with continuous efforts in quality and production program improvement. Now, we have a highly competent team which consists of many professional and technical personnel on the aspects of sintering, casting, sealing, bearing, and mechanics as well as good sales power, and are equipped with advanced testing and productive instruments. We have become one of the advanced industrial technology professional companies with various products. Our company consists of four divisions:1. Sinter metal Division --- various sintered structure components, including complex geometry shapes and higher mechanical performance and accuracy demands of structure components and gear parts.2. Lawnmower parts Division --- ventilated decks, bearings, shafts, pulleys, washers, bolt nuts, and structure components, especially deck spindles/ spindle assemblies.3. Mechanical seal Division --- mechanical seals & seal faces (SIC, TC, Ceramic, Carbon, Cermet, and Fluon), and our own seals, equivalent to Burgmann, John Crane, Chesterton, Pillar and customized seals; floating seals; packing rings; graphite bearings; bearing protectors.4.
