Established in 1996, Xuchang Hongree Hair Products Co., Ltd. is one of largest comprehensive manufacturers specializing in various hair products in China. We are located in Xuchang, one of China top production bases for wigs, equipped with advanced processing machines imported from Japan and South Korea that offers higher efficiency and better quality.Our factory covers an area of 26,800 square meters, and has a staff of 500 people, among which there are 40 technical executives. We are specialized in producing human hair products that integrates design, making, production, trade and developing. We have vast experience in exports.Based in the largest collecting and distributing center, we are located in Xuchang -- mainland China wig production center. This gives us access to large amounts of human hair and other less-expensive raw materials. So we are better able to meet your quality and price points. Besides competitive prices, we emphasize good quality and reliable service for foreign buyers. Our company produces designs with a mix of hair from both places to improve quality and texture. Hair from China has good density, elasticity and thickness while that from India is thinner and softer. We are also able to produce goods as per clients' provided samples.To ensure quality from the first step, we make a few samples from incoming raw materials before beginning mass production. Our QC team works with production technicians to make sure your quality points are met at each stage of the process. Senior technicians approve each wig and hairpiece before it moves on to the next phase. These steps ensure your order meets your exact specifications. To distinguish our products and gain a competitive edge, we are improving the quality of designs through the use of better materials, sources most materials locally, but also imports from India and south korean;and stricter QC and upgrading existing production facilities. In 2006, our company has been assessed and registered against the Quality Management Standard of ISO9001, which ensures us take the advantage of the quality in the global market.We can supply the largest wholesaler of wigs in the USA. Relying on superior quality and excellent service, our products are selling well in the North American, European, the Middle East, and South African markets. We also provide OEM and ODM service, so as to better fulfill customers' specifications in a positive manner.For the last five years, the largest wholesaler of wigs in the US has come to us with their sourcing projects. We supply them with wigs and hair pieces made from human hair, chemical fibers and combinations for the two. For added quality, we purchase chemical fibers from South Korea including Modlon-21, Falang and Wiglon, so we're able to meet your material and price points when filling your orders.
