About Us

Wuxi Linzhou Dryer Factory was established in 1980 and was the first company in developing and manufacturing spray dryers in China. Our Factory was the science and technology guided enterprise and combined spray drying R&D with manufacture. And now we have 180 employees. Among them, there are 38 technical staffs.In recent years, we cooperated closely with many R&D Institutes and University, e.g., Chinese Academy of Sciences, Chinese Academy of Forestry, Institute of Chemical Industry of Forest Products and Nanjing University of Science & Technology etc. to accelerate the development of new products and improve our technical content. So far, we have three series and over 20 products, i.e. high speed centrifugal atomization spray dryer, pressure nozzle spray dryer and multi-fluid nozzle spray dryer series. It was found that our products were well serving in chemical industry, pharmaceuticals, food, ceramics, pigments, environmental protection and biochemistry, etc. Our products are also widely exported to Korea, Thailand, Japan, Malaysia and USA, etc. Our spray dryers have occupied around 30% of the domestic market.Our company has made out new development and R&D plan for the product, e.g., the development of special equipments for treating paper-making black liquid, flue gas treatment spray reaction equipment for municipal solid waste incineration, mild hypothermia spray dryer for drying Chinese medicine and fiber enzymes, and equipment for strong heat-sensitive materials with special process. The typically spray dried materials are Chinese medical concrete, solution of biological fermentation, glue emulsion and special food additives. Another important point is to develop the large-scale spray drying system for explosives. After our efforts, our company developed very quickly and became the leading position in spray dryer industry all over the country.
