About Us

Zhejiang Dadongwu Auto Electric Motor Co., Ltd. (DDW in short) was founded in 2001. Our company has a registered capital of 10 million Yuan, and our Group shares 87% of all the investments. Since June 2004, under our Group's tactic development guidelines of "big & powerful DDW electric motor", DDW has entered into a fast development era. Our company imported Automatic Stator Winding Machines, Stator Forming Machines and Balance Systems from Italy and Korea, two DV Testers from Canada and 3D Measuring Machines from Switzerland. All these make the producing and testing equipment up to the internationally advanced level."Advanced Technology and Products Quality" is the main operation theory of our company. "Customer satisfaction" is our perpetual aim, and "offering customers zero-faulty products and excellent service" is our consistently striving objective. Our company insists on the human-oriented talent theory. Relying on a favorable talent policy, a comfortable talent-hiring environment, a competitive talent-hiring system and broad development space, we absorb in gathering all kinds of special talents to develop with us. Now the technical personnel occupy 30% of total staff members. Among them, two Senior Engineers who have developed domestic ISUZI alternators are taking the State Department special subsidy, and we also have several engineers who have been engaged in electric motor development, design, inspection and production for more than ten years. Based on scientific research capability of Zhejiang University and Zhejiang University CAD & CG Key National Laboratories, we built a "Zhejiang DDW Auto Electric Motor High-tech R&D Center", which is led by Tan Jianrong, the Dean of Zhejiang University Mechanical Engineering and Automation Department, and other two tutors of graduated candidates. Over the years, our technical quality of alternators is superior to others' in the country. Among them, JFB1101 and JFZ1142 have been identified as high-tech products in Zhejiang. Self-innovation is developing quickly in our company. In December 2005, we received the funds from national SME Innovation Fund, and our company was identified as "high-tech enterprise in Huzhou City". In 2006, our company was identified as "high-tech enterprise in Zhejiang Province." DDW brand was identified as the "famous brand" in Huzhou City.Our company has been showing our great ambition since our establishment. Our company has electronic components and advanced spare parts of high reliability. In October 2002, we passed QS-9000 quality management system certification by French AFAQ. In May 2005, we passed ISO/TS16949:2002 international quality management system certification, and thus we have become one of the few domestic enterprises which have passed ISO/TS16949 certification in the field.
