Ningbo Beilun Mould Die-Casting Co., Ltd., established in 1995, is located in Ningbo, enjoying convenient access to major transportation networks. Our company covers an area of 40,000 square meters and has around 400 staff members. We are a professional manufacturer integrating the design and manufacture of die cast moulds, the batch production of die cast parts and the precision finishing of die cast parts. Our products mainly include moulds and die cast products, including Gasoline Engine Series, Diesel Engine Series, ATV Series, Outboard Marine Yacht Series, Lamp-Chimney Series and others. We have comprehensive capacity of offering support service to major engine or machine manufacturers. All our products are manufactured by advanced equipment through strict QC procedures in order to ensure high quality. Our main equipment includes 16 large, medium and small size die casting machines, with spouting force ranging from 280t to 1650t and 45 foreign-made CNC machining centers. CAD/CAE/CAM computer network systems are used for the design and manufacture of moulds. Our company has more than 60 units of electric processing equipment and various mental cutting machines. 2 set of coordinate measuring devices are used for checking the cavity of moulds and testing the products. Selling well in all cities and provinces around China, our products are also exported to clients in such countries and regions as Italy, America, Japan and more.
