About Us

Zhejiang Haoyang Vehicle Parts Co., Ltd. was founded in 2004, and professionally manufactures vehicle radiator assemblies, blowing motor assemblies, condensers, evaporators and a series of large-scale machinery cooling systems. Our company, formerly called Rui'An Hao Yang Automobile Parts Co., Ltd., has cooperated with various car manufacturers for many years.The headquarters of our company is located in the north industrial zone of Rui'an City, which is the Automobile & Motorcycle Metropolis of China. In 2006, we established our manufacturing base in Quzhou Donggang Industrial Zone, which is the largest industrial zone in Zhejiang Province. Our base covers an area of 33,606 square meters. We have total investment of RMB 66 million and more than 200 staff members, including more than 30 engineers. We imported two automatic safety stoves for the continuous protection of the nitrogen furnace brazing. The number of other production lines and testing equipment is more than 120. Lab equipment includes state-level wind tunnel experimentation instruments, salt spray experimentation instruments, vibration instruments, high and low temperature pulsed testers, dynamic balance devices and noise testing rooms. We can simulate a variety of conditions to test the performance of products. Our mould center has several CNC wire cutters, CNC electrical pulse machines and a series of high-precision mould-cast equipment. Our company has developed into a modern enterprise including product design and development, manufacture and precision testing departments. Our annual production value is more than 100 million RMB, and the production capacity is more than 1,000,000 sets.We take "quality first" as the maxim of our company and constantly strive for improving the quality of our products. We have passed ISO/TS16949 quality management system certification and introduced ERP management systems to optimize the quality of management and control resources.At the same time, our company extends to the upper industrial chain. We established a subsidiary - Quzhou Ken Deng Suo Aluminum Products Co., Ltd., specialized in designing and manufacturing aluminum pipelines.Our products have been used by several auto manufacturers, including Hua Tai Hyundai Auto (cooperating with Hyundai Motor), Chang'an Auto (cooperating with Ford Motor), Dongfeng Motor (cooperating with Kia Motor), Youngman Lotus Auto (cooperating with Lotus cars) and Zotye Auto and Brilliance Auto.
