Shijiazhuang TSN Import and Export Co., Ltd. owns one trading company, one slurry pump manufactory and one OEM foundry. The trading company, with the right of foreign trade, consists of a group of professionals who are experienced in foreign trade and proficient in technology, in charge of development and promotion of international market. Through our unremitting efforts, we have started business with clients in more than thirty countries and regions.<br>
The slurry pump manufactory, covering an area of 40,000 square meters (construction area 22,000 square meters), is one of China’s largest manufactories of the slurry pumps. The pumps, in 7 series and nearly 100 types, are applied to mines, metallurgy, city planning, electric power, coal, dredging, petroleum, chemicals, building materials and the like.<br>
The OEM foundry, with an area of 50,000 square meters (construction area 18,000 square meters), has such advanced casting techniques as resin sand, EPC, V process, injection and squeeze molding, resin coated sand and sodium silicate-bonded sand. Equipped with one 5T electric arc furnace and a number of medium frequency furnaces, the foundry makes castings up to 6 tons. In accordance with ASTM, DIN, JIS, ГОСТ, KS and so forth, the foundry produces castings in many materials like high manganese steel, super-high manganese steel, high chromium cast iron alloy, medium/low-carbon alloy steel and refractory steel. The castings are applied to metallurgy, ore dressing, cement, building materials, thermal power generation and coal/aluminum chemical industries.<br>
Both plants have passed the certification of ISO9001 Quality Management System.<br>
