<p>Biodegradable single machine: The use of aerobic biotechnology, the use of microbial bacteria (EM), the kitchen waste in the organic components of decomposition, its independent separation with high enzymatic strains, can completely decompose the main organic components contained in the kitchen waste (protein, starch, fat, etc.), the waste into organic fertilizer raw materials, to achieve the source of food waste harmless treatment. This kind of equipment for different users, launched a series of products, that is, from 1 kg, 10 kg daily processing capacity of household type, to 20 kg, 50 kg, 120 kg, 300 kg, 500 kg, 1 ton, 2 tons, 3 tons, 5 tons and other commercial models, and can increase the crushing function and oil separation recovery function according to the special needs of users. Its commercial models can be widely used in schools, government agencies, enterprises and institutions, communities, farmers' markets, tourist attractions, restaurants and other places. <p>Biodegradation reduction unit (daily processing capacity 5-30 tons): After collecting and transporting kitchen waste in cities and towns, entering the treatment center for centralized treatment, through crushing, solid-liquid separation, oil separation and recovery, biological fermentation reduction, separating organic matter into organic fertilizer raw materials.</p>

<p>Pre-incineration pretreatment line (daily processing capacity 50-600 tons): The use of three-phase separation rapid reduction process, with crushing, pressing, centrifugal and other devices, the water and oil in the garbage to the minimum, while increasing the heat of garbage incineration, and finally into garbage incineration. At present, Kunshan 600 tons/day treatment line has been put into good operation, Zhenjiang, Xizang and other places 50-120 tons/day treatment line has been put into operation or under construction.</p>
