Main Features:
1.High-speed straightening and cutting machine is also called wire straightening machine,or wire cutting machine, mainly used for straightening and cutting off various metal wires, such as stainless steel wire, aluminum wire, cold wire drawing, steel wire and so on.
2.Adopting CNC length adjustment,compared to the traditional gun-type positioning cut, this paragraph is more accurate.
3.The servo motor is used for speed cutting and continuous automatic cutting operation, which solves the situation that the traditional straightening and cutting machine blocks the material when cutting. The incision is neat and the speed is super fast, which is more than 5 times of the traditional machine, achieving high quality and high efficiency.
4.The straightening part is composed of a straightening wheel, a straightening pressing block, and a bearing block at both ends, which can complete the straightening work of the wires of various sizes, and has a fast speed and a good straightening effect.
