Single-head and multi-head long arm spot welding Or raw welding structure, equipped with a welding mold that automatically moves along the XY axis, only need to input the coordinate data of the welding product position, welding power supply and other datas, After the equipment is started, the welding of the product can be completed, and only the manual placement and removal of the workpiece are required;
2.The structure of the equipment is flexible and the combination is convenient. It can be matched with different welding equipment;
3.A programmable manipulator control system is adopted, high-end atmosphere, automatic welding and manual welding can be freely switched, can be taught, find points according to the actual products, high precision and accuracy;
4.Configure the control box to switch different welding specifications. For different welding workpieces, different parameters such as output current and welding time can be set, and one-key switching can be performed during welding;
5.Widely used in various mesh welding, shelfwelding, supermarket shopping cart welding, shopping rack welding, pet cage welding, various sheet metal welding, etc .;
