ERNiCrMo-3 is mainly used for gas tungsten arc and gas metal arc welding, as well as for welding matching composition base metals. It is ideal for welding Inconel 601 and Incoloy 800. ERNiCrMo-3 can also be used to weld dissimilar metal combinations like steel, stainless steel, and Inconel and Incoloy alloys.
ERNiCrMo-4 is specifically designed for welding nickel-chromium-molybdenum base materials to themselves, steel, and other nickel-based alloys. It is also used for cladding steel.
ERNiCrMo-10 is commonly used for welding nickel-chromium-molybdenum base materials to themselves, steel, and other nickel-based alloys. It also performs well when welding duplex and super duplex stainless steels.
ERNiCrMo-14 is ideal for gas-tungsten-arc and gas-metal-arc welding of duplex, super-duplex, and super-austenitic stainless steels, along with nickel alloys such as INConEL alloys C-276, 22, 625, and 686.
ERNiCrFe-7 is used for welding INConEL 690 with gas-tungsten-arc and gas-metal-arc methods.
ENiCrFe-3 electrodes are great for welding nickel-chromium-iron alloys to themselves and for dissimilar welding between these alloys and steel or stainless steels.
ERCuNi is used for gas metal and gas tungsten arc welding. It can also be used for oxy-fuel welding of 70/30, 80/20, and 90/10 copper-nickel alloys, with a recommended layer of nickel alloy 610 before overlaying steel.
ERNiCu-7 is a copper-nickel alloy base wire used for GMAW and GTAW welding of Monel alloys 400 and 404. It is also used for overlaying steel after applying a layer of 610 nickel.
ERNi-1 is used for GMAW, GTAW, and ASAW welding of Nickel 200 and Nickel 201, as well as for joining these alloys to stainless steels and carbon steels. It also works for overlaying steel.
