The machine is  a deep hole processing equipment which mainly processes cylindrical workpieces. It can do drill, boring and burnishing, and can process through holes, stepped holes, blind holes, etc. The processing aperture accuracy can reach IT7~IT8 or above, and the surface roughness can reach Ra0.4-0.8μm. The internal chip removal method is used for drilling. The tool feed adopts the servo drive system to realize stepless speed regulation. The machine bed is made of high-quality cast iron, which has strong rigidity and good precision retention. The bed guide rail is quenched to have high wear resistance and good precision retention.
