1 Machine bed

  Made by high quality cast iron, there is drill box slide on machine bed.

2 Worktable  X axle

 There is T slot on worktable.

Worktable size 2500x2200mm,  X axle is driven by ballscrew and controlled by CNC system.

Heavy duty linear guide way.

3  Drill box , spindle motor drive, stepless speed adjustable. maximum speed 4000r/min.

4 Feed system  Z axle

Controlled by KND CNC  system, ballscrew  and linear guide way drive, feed speed 10-500mm/min.

5 Cooling system

Cooling system include: oil pump ,hydraulic components, chiller, chip conveyor. Oil volume 100L/min.

6 Centralized lubrication, drill box and feed carriage are automatic lubrication.

7 Hydraulic station

8 Electrical system: Chint electrical, KND CNC .

9 Guide frame : to guide drill head when drilling,

10 Drill tube support , to support drill tube and anti-vibratin.
