CNC Vertical Lathe Machine Main Structural Features

1.The machine tool is a single-column vertical guide rail structure. The column, base and sliding seat are all made of high-grade gray cast iron resin sand casting process and aging treatment; reasonable structural design, perfect processing and assembly process to ensure long-term use of machine tools. 2.The machine tool spindle adopts high-precision double-row cylindrical roller bearing and bidirectional thrust angular contact ball bearing and double row cylindrical roller bearing configuration. The X and Z axes are made of domestic precision ball screw pair and ball screw special bearings, which meet the requirements of high rigidity and high precision cutting.
