Verify that all safety guards and covers are in proper position.
Weekly Maintenance Tasks
Add specialized lubricating oil to all guide rails after cleaning off old lubricant and debris. Check guide rail wear condition and verify parallelism and perpendicularity. Inspect hydraulic oil level and top up if needed. Check all electrical wiring and harnesses for signs of aging or damage. Test emergency stop button functionality and verify all indicator lights are working.
